Booking & Payment
• A non-refundable deposit of €50 is required to secure your date.
• The balance is due on the day of your session.
• Extra images or add-on services must be paid in full at the time of ordering.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Deposits are non-refundable except if I cancel due to illness or personal emergency.
• Sessions can be rescheduled once, within one month of the original date, with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Late arrivals may result in a shorter session.
Travel
• Travel fees apply for locations outside Dublin. See Location Guide.
Your Gallery
• Proof images will be ready within 5–10 working days after your session. It will be online for a month.
• You’ll have 7 days to choose your favourites for editing.
• Final images are delivered within 5–10 working days after your selection.
• Expired galleries can be re-uploaded for €25.
Image Style & Editing
• Editing will match my portfolio style.
• RAW unedited files are not shared.
• All final images are in high resolution and print release is included.
Printing
• Prints are ready within 4–6 weeks after you choose your images and will be held for 1 month.
• I’m not responsible for print quality if ordered from another provider.
Use of Images
• I may use your images in my portfolio, website, or social media unless you request otherwise in writing.
Behaviour
• I reserve the right to end a session immediately if behaviour is unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate.
